  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup mix-ins (dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc)

  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave nectar

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (for added protein)

S T E P S

  • The night before, combine all the ingredients in a bowl or mason jar.

  • Allow this rest in the fridge overnight (5-10 hours)

  • The next morning, enjoy your overnight oats.

The recipe is completely customisable; you can change up the amount of sweetener, liquid or even mix-ins. Moreover, you can change the amount of time you allow the oats to soften, but make sure to let it rest for at least 5 hours before eating.
